Have great passion on chemical industry on operation/process/technology and manufacture, will be worked in different function teams as a trainee initially, potential development direction will be shift team supervisor, operation / process engineer，operation capability leader, or operation leader or other management related roles.With a strong sense of safety, strictly in compliance with EHS policy and procedures.Well understand and strictly execute operation procedures and workflow, make continue improvement on operation excellence.Keep learning new trends and developments of operation technology, improving professional knowledge and skills.Through 1-2 years hand on practice, to be better understanding plant running condition, right understanding our “shift run shift” vision, continue to improve on people management and supervision experience, including but not limited to organization, coordination, coaching,communication, etc.Complete the job assigned by supervisor.Main Requirements:New graduation or 1-2 working experience in the international chemical manufacturerMajor in Chemistry related major , CET-4 or above. Good English skills on speaking and writing.Good communication skills and thinking skills
